What We Curate, and Why
______
Every suite in the Luxe Selection is built around the industry's most trusted names. We don't chase specs, and we don't build to a price. We build to a feeling
— a room you want to walk into, that plays honestly every time you do.
These are the components we stand behind, arranged the way we'd arrange them in our own space.

THE ESSENTIAL SUITE
What defines it:
This is where most people should start — and where most people overspend by guessing. Accurate ball data, a properly sized enclosure, a projector matched to the throw distance, and a surface that won't wreck your wrists. Nothing extra. Nothing missing.
Curated around:
Tracking — Rapsodo, SkyTrak
Enclosure — Carl's Place
Projection — BenQ short-throw
Surface — Premium hitting mat and landing turf
Compute — Purpose-built simulator
PCSoftware — GSPro or E6 Connect

THE SIGNATURE SUITE
What defines it:
Tighter data, a better picture, and a room that starts to feel finished rather than assembled. Overhead or side tracking, acoustic treatment so the room isn't loud, track lighting so it isn't flat, and a club-operated floor control pad so you never walk back to the keyboard mid-session.
Curated around:
Tracking — Uneekor, GolfZon
Enclosure — Carl's Place, with acoustic padding
Projection — High-brightness short-throw, ceiling mounted
Surface — Multi-lie hitting system
Lighting — Integrated track lighting
Capture — Swing-angle cameras
Control — Floor-mounted club-operated selection pad
Compute — High-performance simulator PC

THE FLAGSHIP SUITE
What defines it:
Tour-level tracking, finished architecture, and no compromises anywhere in the chain. This is the build where the room itself is the statement — cabinetry, materials, lighting, and acoustics designed together rather than bolted on.
Curated around:
Tracking — TrackMan
Enclosure — Custom-specified, fully treated
Projection — Premium projection, calibrated to the screen
Surface — Tour-spec turf and multi-lie system
Lighting — Designed lighting plan, integrated
Capture — Multi-angle swing capture
Finishing — Millwork, materials, and acoustic design
Compute — Workstation-class simulator build

The Room That Isn't There.
A full simulator, hidden in the cabinetry. Open it and the room becomes a bay.
...Close it and there was never a bay at all.

Not every space can give up a room permanently. So we built a suite that doesn't ask you to.
The screen, the enclosure, the projector, and the tracking all live behind finished cabinetry or a concealed wall panel. Closed, it reads as millwork. Open, it's a full-spec bay with correct throw distance, proper lighting, and nothing improvised.
It's the most demanding build we specify — the tolerances are unforgiving and the finish carpentry has to be right. It's also the one people can't stop talking about.

Which One Is Your Room?
Every suite here is a starting point, not a package. Your ceiling height, your throw distance, your budget, and how you actually want to use the space will change what belongs in it.
So start with the Blueprint — the complete guide to specifying a simulator properly, so you can judge any build, including ours, on its merits. Once you've read it, we'll build the plan around your actual room.
No cost. No obligation. No pushy call.
Free. Yours to keep, whether we ever build anything together or not.
